Caltta Guaranteed Communications Network for China Forest Fire Bureau

Northeast China - November 30th, 2022 - Caltta Technologies, the leading provider of mission and business-critical communications solutions, officially completed the deployment of more than 440 sets of Ad-Hoc base stations and man-pack repeaters in northeast China, which established a national forest fire digital communications system based on Ad-Hoc network, and passed the examination of the expert group under the joint witness of the Forest Fire Bureau and the supervision unit.

The Forest Fire Bureau of the Emergency Management Department is stationed in 16 provinces and autonomous regions across China. They are mainly responsible for forest fire fighting and rescue tasks. In order to improve the efficiency of forest firefighting teams in carrying out tasks and command communications, and solve the problem of difficult communication guarantees in forest areas, they planned to adopt Ad-Hoc technology to build a flexible and multi-service forest fire-fighting communications network.
