Recently, Caltta, with its strong technical capabilities, extensive industry experience, and high-quality service, successfully won the bid for the "Emergency Capacity Enhancement Project for Natural Disasters (Round Two), Subsection Two (Second Tender) of the Command and Reconnaissance Equipment Category" of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Forest Firefighting Corps.
The project includes key emergency communication equipment such as: 800 ultra-shortwave handheld radios, 500 ultra-shortwave vehicle-mounted radios, and 100 sets of fixed ad hoc relay stations.
This project focuses on responding to natural disasters, forest fire emergencies, and other sudden incidents. The deployed equipment will be used to enhance the region's forest firefighting team's emergency command, communication assurance, and frontline dispatch capabilities, providing strong support for building a "firewall" and protecting the region's green mountains and clean waters.
Since winning the national ultra-shortwave ad hoc networking project for forest firefighting in 2021, Caltta has deployed more than 200 fixed ultra-shortwave ad hoc stations in key forest areas such as Inner Mongolia and the Greater Khingan Mountains in Heilongjiang. Additionally, over 200 backpack ad hoc radios have been distributed nationwide, covering all forest firefighting teams. An elastic communication network combining fixed and mobile deployments and hierarchical architecture has been established. The system enables multi-hop networking to connect forest areas with base camp command systems, significantly improving information flow and command efficiency during firefighting operations. With coverage reaching the largest scale globally, it has achieved national networking and a three-tier linkage system, ensuring a high communication success rate in firefighting and rescue operations.
To further strengthen overall communication redundancy and emergency response resilience, Inner Mongolia's forest firefighting force continues to increase its investment in ultra-shortwave ad hoc networking. Caltta, with its solid technical strength, outstanding products, and stable services, has once again won the bid! This latest award not only signifies strong recognition of the existing system's effectiveness but also represents a strategic continuation to address the expansion of high fire-risk forest areas and enhance the collaborative capabilities of "smart firefighting."
Looking ahead, Caltta will continue to uphold its mission of "enriching information, securing communication," deeply cultivate the emergency response sector, continuously optimize its products and solutions, and provide more efficient, intelligent, and reliable communication support for emergency departments at all levels, contributing to the high-quality development of the national emergency management undertaking.
