Sophia Antipolis, France — The 10th MCX Plugtests interoperability event, hosted by ETSI and co-supported by TCCA and UIC, has successfully concluded in Sophia Antipolis, France, bringing together global mission-critical communications stakeholders to validate next-generation MCX technologies.

Caltta, a leading provider of integrated professional communications solutions, participated in the event with its full portfolio of MCX mission-critical communication solutions, successfully completing a comprehensive series of interoperability and performance verifications across core network and service capabilities. The results further demonstrated Caltta’s strong engineering expertise and commitment to advancing standardized MCX technologies.

The testing program focused on key areas including multi-vendor interoperability, 4G/5G QoS assurance, and terminal compatibility. A full suite of assessments was conducted across voice, messaging, and video services to validate compliance with 3GPP MCX standards and ensure seamless cross-vendor connectivity.

During client-server interoperability evaluations, Caltta’s MCX server and client successfully achieved stable interworking with multiple leading industry vendors. Validated use cases included user authentication, device registration, private calls, group communications, messaging, and video services—highlighting strong standards compliance, service reliability, and interoperability readiness.

On the network side, Caltta’s MCX platform successfully passed all tests related to 4G/5G QoS configuration and service bearer adaptation, confirming its capability to prioritize mission-critical communications and integrate effectively with carrier networks for both public and private deployments.

In addition, Caltta’s MCX client application demonstrated stable performance during compatibility testing with a wide range of professional terminals, showcasing strong adaptability and readiness for commercial deployment.

As mission-critical communications continue to evolve toward broadband convergence and intelligent services, MCX is playing a key role in shaping next-generation private network ecosystems. Aligned with 3GPP MCX standards, Caltta has developed an end-to-end MCX ecosystem covering servers, clients, and industry-specific terminals to support integrated voice, video, and messaging services.

Notably, Caltta has also integrated artificial intelligence into its MCX R&D and testing lifecycle. By leveraging in-house large language models and dedicated MCX knowledge bases, AI is being applied to protocol development, automated test generation, and fault analysis—significantly improving development efficiency and product robustness.

“Caltta will continue to advance innovation in converged mission-critical communications, accelerate MCX deployment across industries, and contribute to the development of a more open, intelligent, and secure next-generation communications architecture for global customers.” said Mr. Long, CEO of Caltta Technologies.
