Notification on Change of Company's Logo and English Name

CALTTA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, a corporation founded in December 2012 with its registered office at Rm. No. 1901-3, ZTE Bldg., No. 19, Huayuan E. Rd., Haidian Dist., Beijing, is a leading hi-tech company dedicated to the private network communications industry.

In order to provide better service for overseas customers ,the company has launched a new logo "Caltta". "Caltta" is taken from "Converge all to talk". Based on the principle of "Converge All" which represents the future trend of private networks, our company undertakes the historic mission of redefining private network communications and adopting a strategy of full convergence.

The English name of the company has been changed to CALTTA TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD.

The aforementioned alteration shall not result in the changing of operating entity and impair any effective contracts.Our company will surely continue providing sustainable, consistent and high quality services for you.
